總統蔡英文上任即將滿3個月，不過信任度跟滿意度已經掉到5成以下，對於總統蔡英文的行政內閣團隊，不滿意度也持續往上攀升。
台灣指標民調上午公布最新民調結果，面對蔡英文的執政表現，45.5%滿意、39.8%不滿意，相較7月下期正向評價減少4.7個百分點，負面評價陡增7.5個百分點。民眾對蔡總統的信任度與滿意度皆首次低於50%。而在內閣的部分，對於行政院長林全施政表現37.3%滿意、40.4%不滿意，相較7月下期正向評價減少2.8個百分點，負面評價陡增6.0個百分點。
不過這代表新政府的表現比較差嗎？倘若與2008年前總統馬英九剛執政的時期相比，當初對馬總統的滿意度36.1%，不滿意度47.6%，對當時的行政院長劉兆玄滿意度34.2%，不滿意度45.9%，行政團隊部分滿意度28%，不滿意度45.9%，以圖表來看，全民對民進黨執政的滿意度，仍略高於國民黨執政。
這一份調查是台灣指標民調公司在2016年8月11日至12日進行，經隨機跳號抽樣及電腦輔助人員電話訪問，完訪1003位居住在台澎金馬、年滿20歲民眾，在95%信賴水準時的抽樣誤差最大值為±3.1%。
